Andrei Anghel is an active person with good communication skills, who has built a career as a personal trainer, based on sports and personal interaction. This job always brought him into direct contact with people, so that he got to know many of them closely, following their results and evolution.
A business with personality
Because Bucharest is a city in full development, which offers many possibilities, Andrei sought to invest in a new niche, but in which he could use his personal skills. He opted for opening a 5 to go cafe, business in which he wanted to apply the same principles that brought him success in his previous activity.
"I have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, where I also work with people. The fields of activity are totally different, but knowing the people behind this franchise and having great faith in them, in the brand and in their involvement, I told myself that it is a business that will not fail!"
Good coffee every day
When he decided to access the 5 to go franchise, Andrei considered that it has several advantages that make the difference - the fixed price, quality products and a continuously developing brand. These arguments convinced him to invest, setting his long-term goal of running more locations.
"In the first three months of activity, I can say that I went through different moods and emotions! There were a lot of things to solve, which required us to the maximum, but at the same time, we were in a state of euphoria and joy seeing the customers who cross our threshold daily and praise us for the services and smiles we offer! The impact was very positive - we created a close relationship with the people of the area, friendships, based on the happiness that a drop of good coffee brings every day."
Beyond expectations
Gradually, after the initial emotions, Andrei adapted to his new business and the franchise of which he is now a part. It mattered a lot that he already had experience in the horeca area and the fact that he was very familiar with the products, but also the support of the franchisee community, where he found support from the beginning.
"The management part was a bit more difficult, but I think I did better than expected. The relationship with the 5 to go community of entrepreneurs is a very good one, we help each other and give each other advice for the smooth functioning of the entire network."
